8.0The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The in-suite kitchen and bath are well supplied. The staff were super friendly. The location is convenient to both Lenox and Pittsfield.
− I was disappointed there was no breakfast available. The 10 am check-out was inconvenient.

Convenient to Tanglewood. Nice big rooms.

− A/C design remains awkward for bedrooms. Drapes block outlet duct and you want them closed at night. Bedrooms should have had separate unit when built.
