10.0The room was large and the interior was very cozy and modern. It comes with an outdoor shower with a hot tub. This is a small inn/ ryokan but the owners are very pleasant and hospitable. They even drove me back to the train station because of my big luggage. The location is excellent, next to the canal and very convenient to the onsens. I plan to come back.

10.0Absolutely wonderful place! The service, the decor, the amenities and the design, the delicious hearty Japanese breakfasts, the central location - everything was perfect here. And the hospitality was incredibly warm and generous. HIGHLY recommend this ryokan to anyone visiting Kinosaki Onsen.

10.0Amazing stay - hosts were so kind, we were given delicious tea upon arrival and the host was so helpful. Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. The room was beautiful, all the furniture had been chosen carefully and thoughtfully. Overall amazing stay and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan.

10.0Town is small and walkable so location doesn’t matter but this was right on the main waterway with a great view of the little town. Room and accommodation was clean and quiet. Everyone was super friendly and provided a ton of information on where to eat and which onsens were their faves. They were on the money with their recs. Will def stay here again if I ever find myself back in the town!
