1.0The location was beautiful and from outside it looked beautiful
− Being welcomed by someone who was not expecting us, didn't speak English so couldn't explain and made us stress that we weren't booked in. The noise from the pool by a teenage boy despite being advertised as adult only. The small, dingy room. Badly cleaned with biscuits on the floor and lack of privacy as doors open straight onto pool - advertised as a plus point until you open the doors and sit on your "private" patio which is actually the side of the pool. Could not lie or sit and read without getting wet from those in the pool. There was noise from the children, the lady who met us was obviously looking after - constant noise. Which if we'd gone to any other family accommodation we wouldn't have bothered but we paid a lot for a romantic stay in an adults only place. We sent several messages straight away to the property but got a reply 2 days later asking why we had left. Our anniversary holiday was ruined. Free bottle of wine and rolled up towels do not make up for the awful, cramped, noisy, dark room we arrived at. Even our taxi driver said it seemed very small.

9.0Great location and atmosphere. The studios were very clean, and it was a family run place, and the lady was very kind, helpful, and lovely. The pool was great, and overall, we had an excellent holiday.
