Great stay. Great staff. Unique stay in Arugam Bay.
8.0Location. Location. Location. Direct beach access, and only property on the stretch with a pool. Casual walk to surf point, or a sweet swim there with goggles on in the morning. Fabulous restaurant right next door too.

Uncomfortable, dirty, expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka
1.0The location was good. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
− The property was dirty, linen such as bedsheets and towels were threadbare and looked like they needed a good bleach, rooms were terribly small and dark. Noisy with all the bars nearby. Pool was not maintained to standard, there was lots of algae in the tiles. Bird crap everywhere. We did not enjoy our stay here.
