− they need to really improve their breakfast, it is getting worse and worse, everyday I had to ask for warm water for my tea from the kitchen, breakfast options were limited and bread was old

3.0− The toiletries weren't stocked; there simply wasn't any shower gel to wash with. There was toilet paper left over from the previous guests—it felt like the room hadn't really been cleaned after they left.
