8.0First reception greeting staff (male) was v helpful. But next one (female) was not helpful, didn't;t know local bus routes or bus stops, and misled us.
− Room was a little tight for space, given 2 regular long haul travel suitcases
Nice hotel in a fantastic location.
9.0Location is terrific - central but quiet, 10-20 minutes walk to Navona, Campo di fiori, Trastevere and more, with great restaurants, cafés and bars nearby. Facilities look new clean and in great shape. Staff friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning. Would definitely come back again.
− Our room was fairly small and simple (although it had everything important). Reception is 8 to 8 and not 24 hours which for us was OK.
