− The handicap parking was not close enough to the hotel.

8.0We stayed here for 1 night while passing through the area. This is a very nice hotel. Updated lobby, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was a little better than most, with the addition of fresh fruit and real eggs. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

10.0Our room was clean and smelled nice. The free breakfast was pretty good! The staff was very friendly and made our kids feel welcome.
− The only thing I would suggest is getting two waffle makers for the buffet.
Best place to stay in Gaylord
10.0Always clean. Room are quiet and comfortable. Friendly employees. Our favorite is the impeccably clean saltwater pool.
