Perfect location for a weekend away.
9.0The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Cowes. The beach was directly opposite and was an easy walk to the shops, pier and silver leaves walk. The North Pier hotel was a minute walk away. The apartment was spacious with a nice balcony.
− The shower head was terrible when you don’t want to get your hair wet. An adjustable one would be much better.

− There wasnt coffe shop or breakfast restaurant but its was ok and spa was could be bigger little more deep

7.0Location was great as was the view, easy to access and park on site. Room was very nice, Clean and had everything we needed, complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was great.
− We were very disappointed that the spa didn't operate as this was one of the reasons we chose this booking. The owners were very fast in responding and did try and get someone out to fix it but being a weekend its not always easy..

Please note that this apartment is privately owned. There is no need to check-in at reception. You will be provided an access code from 14:00 on the day of arrival, via phone or SMS. On day of departure, you must leave the property by 10:00. The key safe is located on the front door. Please note that loss of the tags or apartment key will incur a $60 per item replacement fee.
Please note that 1 secure, covered parking is provided for guests. To access the secure car parking area, you will need 1 of the security tags that are kept in your apartment for your arrival. The car park is located on the basement level behind reception and is clearly marked. The key to unlock the parking bollard is located in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided per number of guests. Daily room service is not available.
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period.
