除了冷氣故障外，硬體都很棒，服務有很大的進步空間~
6.0冷氣故障既未事先告知，也未做出任何處理；前台不相信對我在Hotels網站已預付房費，堅稱酒店從來沒有接受過客人在網路預付房費的前例，我拿出預先印出的訂房單，也說不通，硬要扣留擔保金，等主管上班後再處理；說再主動通知我也沒有，直到退房當天傍晚，我一直沒接到電話，又折回飯店，才取得退還保證金的憑據。
