The experience was definitely short of expectation.
5.0The location was good based on where we were visiting.
− The access to Innkeeper was practically nonexistent. The mattress and box spring on the bed were in dire need of replacement. The heater in the room wasn't operational, so a space heater was provided. There was no extra toilet paper or other paper products in the cottage. The faucet in the bathroom was in need of replacement, as it leaked when turned on. There were no extra blankets and the entire unit needed attention.

1.0There was no breakfast no coffee and there was not one single thing we enjoyed about being at that dump
− The TV did not work. There was no toilet paper not even a USB port to charge a phone. There was only one light. The bed was horrible. The carpets look like they were 100 years old. It was like being inside of a dungeon then we were told on Saturday afternoon we had to change rooms because our room was rented to someone else even though I verified my three night reservation under two confirmation numbers before we left Florida. Worst experience we have ever had my wife and I $485 to stay in a dump.
