8.0喫煙の部屋から禁煙の部屋に変更をお願いしたところ対応頂きスタッフの対応が非常に良かったです｡
− 就寝時に照明を全て消灯にすると真っ暗になるので1箇所だけでも薄明かりに出来る様にして欲しい｡

− 喫煙エリアしか空いていなかったので仕方が無かったのですが エレベーターを降りたとたん フロア━全体がすごい臭いで 部屋はもちろん壁も臭くて 空気清浄機をかけても、臭いは抜けず 一晩中苦しかったです。 喫煙室を承知で予約したのですから ホテルに文句はないのですが 居心地のよいお部屋だったからなおさらで 臭いがこれほどと思わなかった自分の迂闊さが残念な一夜でした。 今後は慎重に 絶対喫煙室は やめようと思いました。 次は禁煙でまた泊まりたいとおもいます。
