6.0It is a very large property and a lot of it needs some attention. The pool areas are very good and in good condition. The breakfast was very basic with eggs precooked and often cold. The dinners in Pasta Pasta and the Lobby were very good. Some mould in the bathroom was disappointing. The pillows on the bed were too large and quite solid - not very comfortable
Absolutely rubbish hotel.
2.0The Hotel is very bad, The bathroom was flooding , we had to change 3 rooms on the first day of arrival. On the last day of out trip there was no hot water ,we were sent to another tower called Ocean wing ,when we reached there for shower we were told no rooms available since we checked out but we had not. Communication is zero. No one can speak english it was all sign language . The rooms were like from the 1950's Wifi was always disconnecting and would not work half the time. Airconditioning was also not working properly
