6.0Alles in allem Okay für den Preis. Die Lage ist gut. Einerseits ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der City von Bordeaux und innerhalb von 45 Minuten in Arcachon. Die Ausstattung der Familienzimmer (für 4 Personen) ist mit nur 2 Stühlen, 4 Tellern und 2 Handtüchern schwierig. Nicht zu ertragen ist die Hitze bei fehlender Klimaanlage. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes 40C und offene Fenster haben den Schlaf auch nicht verbessert- insbesondere da die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Höhepunkt war jedoch der Check-in. Da wir am Anreisetag Theaterkarten hatten, haben wir mehrere Wochen im Voraus nach dem verspäteten Check in gefragt. Wir sollten am Anreisetag einen Code zugeschickt bekommen. Nachdem wir am Nachmittag immer noch keinen Code erhalten hatten, haben wir versucht mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufzunehmen. Emails und Chatanfragen wurden nicht beantwortet und das Telefon war nicht besetzt. Da wir immer nervöser wurden, haben wir uns um 18:30 Uhr entschlossen die Theaterkarten verfallen zu lassen und sind nach Bordeaux gefahren. Der Code wäre wohl abends verschickt worden. Eine Info darüber wäre im Vorfeld gut gewesen. So war es sehr ärgerlich

8.0Bon séjour dans cet appart'hotel, calme, très propre, un très bon accueil de la réceptionniste, piscine très agréable avec une très belle plage d'ouverture. Un bémol cependant, seulement 3 chaises (problème résolu très rapidement), 3 verres, 3 tasses à café et aucun bol pour 4 personnes.
