8.0Clean room and hotel, friendly staff. A bit echoey as all hard surfaces in rooms. Lift worked but didnt call from 1st floor, so had to walk down then come up lift to pick up luggage.

4.0Good location but no one around to help at times rooms very old and basic and had people upstairs having a party at 1am when we needed to get up early to catch the ferri.. very awful experience especially with no one around to help.

10.0Staff were very helpful - we arrived late and the person on reception kept the entrance unlocked until we arrived, answered all our queries and was very friendly and helpful. Room was sparce but very spacious.
