− 180/day is too expensive for a room without any windows, a tube of shampoo and foam. I have been informed by staff this is markup price from Booking.com. Even the staff said better book directly with them as the price will be less than half.

6.0I like the cleanliness of the room. And I like the location of the hotel. It's a bit far from the city area..
− I didn't like the fact it didn't have any breakfast options. There isn't a good restaurant nearby so I was struggling. Also the staff communication isn't that clear. They are not that welcoming or helpful. I literally had to ask questions to get information. Also I have to kept MYR 50 security deposit which I knew when I came there. It's refundable deposit but they should have told it to me in advance.
