7.0Personal sehr freundlich, Lage am Rhein sehr schön. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit hochwertigem Bett ausgestattet. Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Frühstück frisch und reichhaltig....alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden am Buffet.
− Keine richtige Rezeption wo man sich anmelden, bzw. einchecken kann. Man steht erstmal etwas verloren rum im Durchgang im Restaurantbetrieb, bevor eine Bedienung kommt und einem den Zimmerschlüssel aushändigt. Die Nacht war zum schlafen zu warm....Es hatte tagsüber 34 Grad draußen und weder im Restaurant noch auf dem Zimmer haben die Kühllüfter....keine Klimaanlage....es nicht wirklich geschafft auf unter 29 Grad zu kommen. Der Fokus liegt im Rheingold eher auf dem Restaurant und das Hotel läuft so nebenbei gefühlt.

Ein schönes Wochenende am Rhein.
9.0Die Lage ist sehr gut und direkt am Rhein gelegen. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß, aber ausreichend und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Man kann auch Eier in verschiedenen Variationen bekommen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und höflich.
− Die Rezeption mussten wir erst im Restaurant erfragen. Da wäre ein Schild an der Eingangstür hilfreich. Leider hatte unser Zimmer keine Klimaanlage sondern nur ein Standventilator. Dieser zeigte die ganze Nacht +30 Grad an. Das Bad war auch recht klein aber ausreichend.
