10.0As a 2 star hotel I would give 5 star to the staff who were helpful and attentive. Our kids enjoyed the playground and it was like a real park in a hotel. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Serevin who resolved our issue as fast as possible.

8.0This is a family, family hotel, plenty of things to do for children including a coin operated amusement park. Issue for me was it was my wife and I only, probably would have a found a more grown up hotel, but that’s on us, just did a bad job of research. If your traveling with your young family this is the place to go

10.0A good hotel for young families. They have a play area for young children, which our eight year old loved. The family room was nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Located outside of Lucerne city centre, it is well connected by frequent buses to and from the city. There's an Aldi nearby too.

10.0Do not miss staying here - especially if you have kids! What a cute little inn with the BEST most friendly staff, great breakfast and the best part - the playgrounds for the kids - indoor and outdoors! The train stop into town is literally a 3 min walk away and there’s a grocery store 1 min away which was the cherry on top! Highly recommend booking Chärnsmatt if you’re visiting the Luzern area!
