Great location. Uncomfortable sleep.

− Hard bed (why are English/European beds always so hard?), awful hard, fat pillows - there should alway be a choice of one large and one small pillow! Ineffective air conditioning. Slept terribly.

− We arrived late at night, and I'd booked for 4 people, but the extra bed hadn't been made up in advance, which was a bit of a bummer when travelling with small children. It also took some time to get this fixed.
