4.0I was very disappointed this time in my stay in Robinson hotel , I am a regular customer and I always do my daughter birthday i there restaurant . I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff , very slow services , staff arrogant and at the end they were trying to rip me with a false bill which they added things we didn’t took . Same was in my check out they wanted to let me pay the room although it was prepaid by expedia and they wanted to take 2 breakfast although we only took one . Very disappointed !!!!

8.0I like the new outdoor pool , i hope that we can swim while we check in also not only the second day from 7 till 11 am
Great place to spent a weekend but have few issues
6.0Great place to spent a weekend! But have few issues.. We just get married, we stay in gorgeous presidential suit, room was awesome! huge bedroom and bathroom with hot tub and bidet, comfortable bed, very big balcony with couch and armchairs, beautiful view overlooking lake.. However, we check in late around midnight, very tired after wedding all we want is relax. The key we got in lobby wasn't working, after several time trying we back in lobby and they say they give us a wrong keys! We finely get in and trying to fill hot tub but water was so slow it take forever to fill it.( than we can't turn jets on because it wasn't working! so late night we go lobby again and ask them to fix hot tub, and in morning after shower we found out that hairdryer not working.. someone come and fix it asap but our stay wasn't very relaxing as we wish((( disappointed! No one really sorry about inconvenience..

10.0Amazing staff , polite , quick response , attentive and hotel facilities are amazing especially the aqua zone and the spa . Restaurant affordable and nice food .
Hotel needs to be renovated fully
6.0Hotel should be renovated totallly and recepionist staff should be more trained to know how to talk to loyal customer and be polite not arrogant
