− Staff were terrible. Appalling service from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Absolutely not what you expect from a 5 star hotel or for this price

10.0Staff were super welcoming and always felt like you had everything you need. There’s always something nice about staying at the Hilton, but this one is particularly special!

10.0O hotel é excepcional em termos de localização, com praia excelente e a uma curta distância de Santa Maria. As instalações são optimas e a limpeza irrepreensível. Tem uma única piscina, mas é enorme e a água esteve sempre a temperatura aprazível. Funcionários prestáveis e genuinamente simpáticos. A comida é variada e de qualidade. Excelente pequeno almoço. O único senão é o preço exorbitante das bebidas no bar: Uma caipirinha custa 14 euros e uma piña colada 17 euros. É um hotel tranquilo, com piucas crianças e sem animação. Ideal para quem quer descansar. Não recomendo para quem procura animação.
