10.0This was a unique stay in an old mansion, which was very well decorated. I loved the furniture!! Quiet neighborhood, and a friendly Siamese cat that demanded cuddles on the front porch, which I gladly gave. I was in town to visit my cousin who goes to Benedictine College, so didn't really do much in St. Joseph itself, except eat dinner at Boudreaux, which was tasty.

10.0This property was interesting. The home was absolutely beautiful. The room was perfect. Clean. Stayed very cool for early august in Missouri. Even the other visitors were very friendly. I loved the art. Just the decor, the vibe. It was all good. I actually kind of enjoyed fixing my own breakfast. Never been to a b and b like that... full access to the kitchen. Might not be for everyone. And no tvs in the rooms. 1 tv downstairs. I thought other guests were disappointed that the tv was being used. The pool table was alot of fun. There was some unusual noise from the carriage house... but it was fine. Overall, the atmosphere, and really the entire weekend, was very relaxing. We had an enjoyable escape. We will probably do it again. St. Joe is a good little town. The vinyard b and b is definitely worth checking.
