10.0HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Excellent Property Value!! Staff at this Omni location are bar none. On July 11th -13th My family and I stayed at this OMNI Resort location in the Star District of Dallas Frisco area. From the time we arrived we were met by some of the friendliest and helpful staff I've ever encountered. I called ahead to let the team know we were celebrating our 7 year old daughter's birthday during the Fifa World Cup Semi-Finals. Your Loyalty Ambassador/Rooms Controller, Stacia Logan was truly a GEM who ensured our family had an extraordinarily memorable stay that my daughter would never forget :-) Stacia and her team are ' Stellar, World class' amazing individuals that made it easy to share our positive stay experience with our closest family & friends instantly. We wish we could give our stay a 20 out of 20 for the service we received at Omni- Frisco Star District. ( One heads up: in case Mamas need Spa Services as well, that is the ONLY thing missing however its fully accessible and not even 15 mins away as they provide you with direct access to their sister property's Full Service Spa at the Omni Frisco PGA resort. )
