Infelizmente, a falta de conforto térmico, o barulho durante a noite e algumas falhas na organização prejudicaram a noss
3.0Apesar dos pontos negativos relacionados ao conforto térmico, barulho e organização, tivemos uma boa impressão em alguns aspectos: a cama era confortável, o hostel era bem limpo e havia uma boa interação entre os hóspedes, criando um ambiente acolhedor.
− O chuveiro foi um dos principais pontos negativos: pela manhã bem cedo conseguíamos ter água quente, mas à noite não era possível tomar banho quente, o que foi bastante complicado considerando que a temperatura à noite é bem baixa. Além disso, ficamos no quarto 104, que era muito frio. Outro ponto que impactou bastante a nossa estadia foi a acústica do hostel. O ambiente era muito barulhento, principalmente durante a noite e madrugada. Em alguns momentos, hóspedes chegavam tarde, conversavam e riam em voz alta na recepção, e em uma dessas situações precisamos pedir para reduzirem o volume. Sentimos falta de uma orientação do hostel sobre respeito aos horários de descanso e também de alguém responsável na recepção durante a madrugada para auxiliar nesses casos. Como a maioria dos passeios na região começa muito cedo, precisávamos descansar e dormir em horários mais tranquilos, então a dificuldade para conseguir dormir acabou impactando bastante a nossa experiência. Além disso, solicitamos a preparação do desayuno para levar em três dias, mas ele foi separado apenas uma vez. Acreditamos que esses pontos poderiam ser melhorados para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável aos hóspedes, principalmente considerando o perfil de viajantes que visitam a região e precisam descansar para os passeios.

− Só não curti que no banheiros tinham uma poças ao sair do banho e poderia ser fechado as cabines pois a noite vem bastante vento gelado.
