Pleasant surprise in a great location for adventure-seekers.
10.0Unassuming little inn tucked off of one of the streets through "downtown" Frisco. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect little "home base" for a weekend getaway to the mountains, with easy access to Breckenridge, Leadville, Dillon, and, of course, Frisco.

5.0Location and price were great for a last minute stay. Its right on main street in beautiful Frisco.
− The pillows were pretty awful. There were only 3 per bed and they were extremely flat and lumpy. Also, note, there is no air-conditioning in the rooms. There is a box fan only for the windows. However, heat rises and the 2nd floor room was running about 78 degrees at night. 🥵
Nice well kept, affordable motel right on Frisco's main street. Walking distance to restaurants!
9.0We requested no stairs. When we got there, they gave us a room with stairs. When we asked if we could change, they cheerfully gave us a ground floor room. Thank you!

6.0Never had breakfast. Great location, clean rooms. Overall, nice place and we enjoyed the 4th festivities.

8.0The beds were comfortable and the motel quiet at night, the room was clean, in a great location with free parking. Friendly Motel Host.
− Tor the price, the room was fine and as expected, but the breakfast options were not exciting (packaged muffins and bagged bagels...) and the coffee was very weak.
