Very old location some upgrades have made the stay doable.

10.0It was better than I expected really better than a lot of the other hotels that I've checked in around the area the owner was friendly good hospitality and very quiet.
− Only the water pressure other than that everything was fine.
Ok but not great
6.0The room I was in had a new bed and frame. No weird smells of cigarettes or drugs.
− Just meeting at the front desk felt really off and the guy does not speak good English. Whoever is renovating the place currently obviously is not doing it by any type of code nothing is really square and the walls look like they've been plastered more than a few times. The bathroom is tight despite having extra space in the room to expand the bathroom. TV would cut out with really bad audio after about 30 minutes. Minor stains on the pillows and towels.
All in all, it was good
