On this trip back to my hometown, I stayed at several local properties—including the R&F—and while the Crowne Plaza may not have the absolute best facilities, it is clear that the hotel is managed with genuine care and dedication. The service is warm and attentive; the lobby staff, in particular, would proactively offer to help carry heavy items whenever I entered or left. The hotel offers great value for money and provides a quiet, comfortable environment. The elevators are convenient—never crowded and requiring no wait—and the property includes a swimming pool and gym. Location is also not an issue if you are driving.
