Excellent location, just across Tokyo Station. There's a direct bus to Narita, more convenient and cheaper than N'Express. Very kind and helpful staff. Room was spacious in local standards.

− Breakfast was a great disappointment, certainly not worth its cost. Poor selection of dishes.

まずはロケーション。 東京駅八重洲口からキャリーを引きながらほぼ10分以内で到着できるのは本当に有り難い。 スタッフのみなさんもとても親切で、丁寧な対応でした。

− 朝食付きのプランを選びましたけど… 値段の割には品数が少ないと思います。 諸般の事情によりコストカットは理解できますが、もう少し改善して頂きたいと思います。 また、連泊中のメニューもずっと変わらず一緒でした。 旅行中の食事はとても楽しみなものです。 食事のクオリティ次第で評価も極端に分かれると思います。 ぜひご検討下さい。

We were here for a night stay, before moving on to our first Tohoku trip using the JR Pass. It is barely a few blocks opposite of the Tokyo station so it took us just 5+ mins to reach it. In fact it is nearer to the new Yaesu. Easy check in at 2F, good amenities and the room measured some 20 sqm, which is respectable in downtown Tokyo. Room view wise quite limited as we stayed at lower floor (see attached photos shared). Bed not too hard but they have x1 pillow, which is not helpful. We used the hotel’s self-service locker system for temporary luggage storage, very helpful. We left early for Aizu the next morning so did not try their bf (1800 Yen), but we easily bought some food from the few Convenience Store nearby.
