Our room presentation was nice and clean. Wifi was free. It was really nice that they had a good fan in our room, as there was no air conditioning for those super hot days. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and not far from the train station.

Large clean room and friendly staff - would stay again

We stayed overnight in Room 3 on the ground floor. Reception staff friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay. The receprion is not staffed overnight if this is important to you. Room was large with twin beds, it was clean and had all you needed. A large walk in shower. Only two tea bags, but more were readily available from reception. The hotel is in a great location - only 5-minutes walk from Smith St where most things seem to be and 15-20min walk from Warwick Castle. Only slight downside to this room was the road junction right outside the window which could be a little noisy. This didn't particularly affect me but my wife who is a light sleeper was disturbed ob occasion.

Unable to comment as we did not stay

− Poor communication about access codes, took 3 phone calls before aware codes had been sent. Aware the hotel worked on a hybrid basis but you would think staff would be at reception when you could check in at 3pm. No staff on arrival at 3 pm, video door bell waste of time, no one responds and took 10 minutes to speak to someone on the phone.

Value for money a few hundred yards from the castle , it's basically a nice large room a lovely large walk in shower well equipped, nothing more.

Location and very private safe courtyard parking for the motorbike

Good to know

There is a small car park with 7 spaces. Guests are not able to reserve parking spaces, they are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There is parking across the road from the property, which offers free parking after 15:00, until 11:00 the next day, and is free all day Sunday.

Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Standard Double Rooms.

Please note late check in after 22:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement with the property.

A deposit may be required at the property.
