3.0− Please improve the cleanliness of the hotel room.the room smell strongly smoke.the floor is dirty and the room is not clean.

− We had requested a room with three separate beds; however, we were provided with a room that only had one queen bed and one single bed. Additionally, our room was located in a separate building next to the main hotel. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was not available in this building, which was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning and we had to contact the staff to have it fixed. The bathroom door was also problematic, as it could not be closed or locked properly.
