Amazing resort horrible prop management company

When booking through hotels.com I figured we would have hotel amenities… toiletries, towels, maid service - not the case. The unit is as pictured and the view is great but know what you are getting. No maid service, for three of us for a week we were provided four towels and no beach towels. When we tried to get pool/beach towels like normal resort guests we found out our prop management company didn’t participate in the program and to call them each time we needed towels… we called and after not answering several times they finally told us that they DID give us beach towels they were on our bed. Yeah not the case we would’ve seen them. So a maid dropped of three that again we were supposed to use the whole week for the pool AND the beach. However there was a washer and dryer so we should’ve been able to use them to try to have clean towels to shower with and use for the beach / pool but the dryer did not work at all. The WiFi did not work at all either we had to go get a hot spot to use internet at all. Also we got an email from the prop management company less than 48 hrs before we left saying no toiletries. Also booked the unit because the listing said travel crib. Months later that part was taken down. When I inquired they said there was no travel crib and forwarded me to a third party rental company where I paid 150 bucks and sure enough when I got into the room there WAS a travel crib. They also were not helpful setting up the delivery for that crib.

Wonderful vacation spot

The room was very comfortable, clean and had a lovely view. The people running the condo were so friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and there were 3 different pools.
