great location , good communication with agent

− could have been better looked after - weeds in garden, pathway not properly set, windows needed cleaning

The location was very good with a lovely terrace and view, unfortunately it wasn’t used to its full potential as the outdoor table and chairs were very small and uncomfortable with poor lighting on the patio so eating outside in the evening wasn’t pleasant.

− The cooker needs updating as it’s quite difficult to light the oven and didn’t seem very safe. The shower is very small. Despite a dehumidifier in the bedroom it still seems damp. Didn’t particularly like the fact that you had to use an app to lock and unlock the door which you don’t find out is the case until you have already booked.

Buena ubicación, casa cómoda con algunas mejoras

Estuvimos una semana. Muy buena ubicación en mitad de la isla cerca de Mirador del Río, Fundación Cesar Manrique, Famara... El apartamento es cómodo, tiene privacidad y está cerca de Teguise, se puede ir andando al supermercado o a restaurantes (10 mins). Los anfitriones muy buenos, enseguida atendieron nuestras llamadas.

− Algo que ya sabíamos porque lo vi en comentarios pero que creo que es importante destacar: en la cama no hay nórdico, simplemente unas mantas (que no cubren toda la cama). Fuimos en noviembre y hace frío. Para los huéspedes sería mucho más cómodo si la cama contara con un nórdico, que cubriera toda la cama. Por otro lado, la cocina (fuegos/horno) es MUY antiguo, es complicado de encender. Estas dos cosas me pareció que no están a la altura de una casita como la que se ve en las fotos, especialmente si vas a estar muchos días como en nuestro caso que estuvimos una semana. La App para abrir la puerta a veces no funciona bien y tienes que esperar.

− Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe. Booking hat vor der Buchung nicht angegeben, dass für den digital key downlods, videos, ID Scanning usw. notwendig sind. Wir waren verzweifelt haben um Hilfe vorort gebeten, das wurde abgelehnt. Nach 3 Stunden waren wir drin. Keine freundliche Behandlung. Home rules sind: selber putzen, selber Wäsche waschen, benutzes Klopapier selber entsorgen. das ist ok, aber Booking hat davon nichts im Expose erwähnt. Das sind keine fairen Geschäftsbedingungen.
