Nice house with many problems
4.0Nice house, nice view, big rooms, living room and terrace. Private bathroom for each room. Air conditioning and fans in all rooms. The Maintenance man was very responsive and helpful.
− Book here if you would like to feel at home, because something always breaks down, doesn't work or is missing and you have to fix it or wait for the mechanic. The attitude of the owner/manager is beyond criticism,This profession is not for her. There were no plates, glasses, mops, clothes dryers, TV Remote etc in the accommodation, which we pointed out in vain. After 1 week we went and bought for ourselves,because no one from the accommodation providers was interested. After I said that I bought it, they also brought it, although not everything. Some of the kitchen utensils are rusty and old. There are often power cuts or fluctuations, because of this the water pump does not work either, so there is also no water in the house. Fans and machines beep because of it, not very good at night. The water supply was solved from the tank under the house, if they forget to refill it or something goes wrong, there is also no water. But they will do it the next day Every night, rats and geccos ran and/or fought with each other in the false ceiling, because the owner forgot to close the drain on the side of the house.After 3 weeks after finding the hole and sending it to them. They sent someone to close it, so hopefully this problem will no longer arise.I am attaching the rat holes in the wall. The pool is unreasonably deep, about 175 cm, and since it is in the shade for a large part of the day, it is also cold due to its location. As the trucks come up the "hill", due to the steepness of the road, they always signal that they are coming with a horn. Which is a bit unpleasant from 7.30 in the morning.
