Die Casa Maesa hat eine tolle Lage. Wir haben uns vom ersten Urlaubstag an wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend, allerdings hat uns eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Die Anlage ist angenehm ruhig. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand und zur Uferpromenade waren ohne große Umwege sehr Angenehm. Wir hatten an einem Nachmittag sogar Besuch von tollen Nachbarn Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ursel und Klaus

Great location, easy communication with the hosts, very clean and spacious home.

It was wonderful to have some important food items left for us by the host! The home was in a great location and it was immaculately clean. It was also a nice layout so that each bedroom was very private. We had never used Hoomvip App, but it worked well.

− Finding the actual apartment number was a bit tricky. It would have been good to have had a map, which we found later in the lobby of the building. Also, in order to get into the front door of the complex, one must first push P, then the code to enter. This could have been more clear. Lastly, the stove top was locked and it took MANY tries to get it to unlock.

Lovely view from the balcony and very relaxing. Some nice food places to eat just a few minutes walk

Location and views from the upstairs bedroom, also the well equipped kitchen area.

− Faulty AC unit downstairs which wouldn't blow warm air on chilly evenings, also a larger sofa would be more comfortable on those chilly evenings.

Schöne Wohnung wegen der Lage, aber…..

Die Lage mit Blick zum Teil auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Der Weg zum Strand kurz. Die Betten besonders im oberen Zimmer sind bequem. Allerdings ist dieses Bett sehr schmal. Der Meerblick von der hinteren Terrasse und auf vom oberen Balkon sind sehr schön.

− Gefallen hat uns nicht so sehr die Ausstattung, es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Im Haus könnte alles etwas gepflegter sein. Sonnenschirm und Ständer müssten dringend erneuert werden, das Holz an den Balkon gestrichen. Insgesamt könnte das Haus und das Equipment besser und hochwertiger ausgestattet sein. Die Gästebetreuung funktioniert leider nur über WhatsApp. Es gibt keinerlei Beschreibung wie man die elektrischen Geräte im Haus bedient, wo der nächste Müll ist, oder wie man durch das Gartentürchen an den Strand gelangt. Dieses ist abgeschlossen. Auch, um auf das Gelände zu kommen, funktionierte der angegebene Code leider an der Tür nicht. ein kleiner Plan im Vorfeld, wie man zu seiner Wohnung kommt, wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.
