Long check in, bad communication

− We had the worst experience while checking in that honestly put us in a bad mode before we even arrived! They asked us for A TON of information (why do you need all that? Seriously though? No other hotel asks us for so much) which took a loooong time to fill in! Very bad communication with back and forth messages, and then they asked us to fill all the information again!(???) There is a small kitchen but no utensils to cook! You need your own pots and pans! The parking at the front is free which they didn’t tell us from the beginning!
