The villa offers great privacy inside a compound, featuring a wonderful garden and a clean swimming pool. The beach is nearby, and there is a supermarket close by that has everything you need. There is also a very hospitable man named Jeeten, who is incredibly helpful and polite—I loved the place because of him

− The villa does not provide cleaning supplies. The lighting is extremely dim, especially on the ground floor. Additionally, the furniture is worn out with dark, gloomy colors, and the interior is in desperate need of painting and renovation. The Wi-Fi is also weak, especially on the upper floor where the signal doesn't reach. Lastly, payment here is cash-only, with no other options available."

Everything was great! everything looks exactly like in the photo. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds, garden, and pool, clean and secure house. Good location, 7-10 min by foot to the beach and the supermarket. Special thanks to our manager, Jeeten, for hospitality, for solving and helping us with all our questions, and especially for his support when our flight was canceled and we were forced to stay on the island. It was the best villa, we stayed in on the island. Strongly recommend!!! P.s.: In our opinion, the beach and coastline are the best on the trou aux biches

Je recommande vivement cette villa, merci à Thierry notre premier interlocuteur pour sa gentillesse et ses propositions (Navette aéroport, welcome menu, souplesse dans les horaires). Merci beaucoup à Yogeeta qui est vraiment adorable. Un grand merci à Jeeten qui nous a fait de bons petits plats (petit n'est pas le mot juste^^ généreux serait plus approprié !), il nous a organisé nos sorties et tout était parfait ! Pour résumer toutes ces personnes ont contribué à ce que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement et ont toutes fait preuve de bienveillance.

Großzügiges Anwesen in bester Lage

Wir hatten nur ein paar Tage in dieser Unterkunft, aber es war rundum ein sehr positives Erlebnis. Die Villa ist modern, zweigeschossig und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Maschine usw.), sodass man problemlos auch selbst kochen konnte. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer – dadurch hatten wir als Familie viel Platz und konnten uns sehr wohlfühlen. Besonders schön war der private Pool mit Terrasse und Außenbereich, die sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet sind. Die Villa liegt in einer kleinen, abgeschlossenen Anlage mit Tor, was ein sicheres und ruhiges Gefühl vermittelt. Der Strand, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man nicht zwingend ein Auto braucht. Für Ausflüge und Erkundungen auf Mauritius ist ein Auto aber in jedem Fall sinnvoll. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen hat er sofort reagiert und sich zuverlässig gekümmert. Dadurch haben wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können.

We stayed 11 days in this villa and were extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, and the privacy we had in the garden and the house itself was very important to us – and we truly had it. The villa is equipped with everything you might need. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, which is essential, as the heat and humidity can be quite unbearable, especially at night. Many thanks to everyone who helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Wow! What a great property. Excellent Rooms, great family areas and really nice pool! 5 min Walk to the sea, 5 minutre walk to the closest restaurant and 10 minute walk to the Supermarket!
