6.0The room and grounds are quite pretty (but note there are no tvs in rooms). One staff member was friendly when we went up to the desk to check in but that’s where service ended. We carried own bags and were the only guests in pool area but it was still very dirty with trash (socks, dirty paper towel, glasses etc) littered around. There was no way to order drinks or food at the pool and we saw no staff the entire time until a cleaning lady circulated the next morning. Also 5km from SMA so no walking options for food and drink. A bit disappointed in the stay and would strongly recommend booking inside city centre.
