10.0Отель хороший, но персонал совсем не старается. Схемы курорта на ресепшене нет, записаться на процедуры - целый квест (все занято по словам администратора, а оказалось места есть), в лыжной комнате - не удобный график работы сотрудника. Утром не нет в 7.30, когда начинается катание и нужен шкаф. Но сам отель отличный, виды и расположение на 5+

10.0Великолепно было все: номер, ресторан, спа, вид из окна. Это первый раз, когда мы отдыхли, каждый день обновляли воду и туалетные принадлежности в номере в полном объеме. Персонал вежлив и доброжелателен. До моря на машине 1 час езды. Я бы обошелся и без него, если бы не ребенок.
