Great aesthetic & location, but missing the basics
6.0Great location, great style and aesthetic, easy entry with the access codes, clean room. However, the room stank of damp likely due to the air conditioning unit. The bed was a memory foam mattress, which gave little to no support to my back. Everyone has different mattress preferences but definitely not my preference at all, woke up with a bad back. The flush button on the toilet was broken, the soap dispensers in the showers also didn't work.

10.0Second stay at the Strozzi - excellent as before. Since I was staying in a heatwave the air con was a godsend - 30 degrees plus outside but the suite was lovely and cool.
