قرب المكان من الخدمات و الاطلالة على البحيرة

− شقة قديمة ليس نظيفة بشكل كبير ،اثاثها قديم، الغسالة ليس بكفاءة عالية، و لا يوجد تجفيف للملابس، لا يوجد تكييف بالغرفة فقط مروحة، تصدر روائح مزعجة من المغسلة المطبخ و دورة المياة، يوجد تشققات في أرضية الغرفة،ازعاج السيارات المارة

I don’t like anything I pay It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My trip to Istanbul included stays at three different hotels, and I spent only one night at this hotel. Ironically, that single night cost more than my entire three-night stay at the previous hotel. The hotel is extremely expensive, yet it offers almost no service. There is no elevator, and the stairs are exhausting. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and it was very difficult for us to climb them. The rooms do not have air conditioning, and the summer heat was unbearable. The furniture is old, worn out, and not suitable for a hotel charging these prices. There was not even drinking water available. We called the front desk to request some, but no one answered. Breakfast was included in our reservation, yet it was never provided. The strangest part was the bathroom. The toilet was incredibly low, almost as if you were sitting on the floor. It felt like it was designed for a two-year-old child. Even now, my knees are still hurting because I had to use such an uncomfortably low toilet. I honestly want to know what services justify the extremely high price I paid for just one night. I received nothing that matched the cost. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
