8.0Great location in the heart of Chatham! The staff is friendly. The rooms were very clean. Most of the furnishings in our room were scratched/scuffed/stained and the bathroom is very small.

10.0Shenique was great, very helpful and happily greeted us upon arrival as well as during our departure. We love the pool area for our 10 year old. We like eating at the goose, and usually try to book all of our dinners there when we visit at Christmas and 4th of July. The continental breakfast was great- it was nice to have so much fresh fruit offered. We've loved our past few rooms we've stayed in, plenty of open space and many with outdoor areas. The inn is great for families. Overall we enjoy staying at the inn because we can park our car and not have to drive again until we check out. Everything we need as a family is nearby, and our daughter makes fast friends with every 4th of July visit. The staff is great, and the accommodations are clean, nicely adorned, and good sized. Thank you for another fun stay!

10.0A lovely experience for our mom/daughter trip! Staff is wonderful! Bedding is pure comfort! Location is right downtown...can't get any better than that! Food at Goose Tavern delish! Highly recommend!!!
