4.0Limpeza, café da manhã, localização.
− Nossa estadia foi boa, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. Pegamos a suite 9 (cabana) que possui banheira e é uma das mais caras, porém no anúncio não falava que ela ficava em cima da sala de hidromassagem que possui uma tv, e que por o chão ser de madeira não há qualquer isolamento acústico, ouve-se tudo o que acontece embaixo na hidro de dentro da suíte. Além disso agendamos massagem, porém mesmo sendo o próprio atendimento da pousada que nos passou o contato da massagista, não houve comunicação sobre a necessidade de se agendar o espaço que é o mesmo da hidro para a massagem, logo, outros hóspedes agendaram e descobrimos em cima da hora, sendo necessário um atendimento na sacada da suíte, que por ser aberto não foi nada relaxante, vento frio e barulho da área externa e hidro foram alguns dos empecilhos.

10.0¡El desayuno fue genial! Estábamos solos en el hotel y nos atendieron muy bien. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación estaba muy bonita, limpia y cómoda. El parking es muy cómodo. La ubicación está ok para salir en carro hasta el centro.
− Algo que podrían mejorar es la comunicación en la recepción. Cuando llegamos no había nadie. Después nos atendieron muy bien. En la habitación se escuchaban los carros y las motos que pasaban por la calle.

− A única coisa que não gostei foi do chuveiro do meu quarto que estava com defeito no regulador de temperatura, ficava extremamente quente ou frio e infelizmente não conseguiram consertar.
