− Einiges funktionierte nicht (Kaffeemaschine, Fernbedienung). Ich hatte versäumt, rechtzeitig einen Parkplatz zu reservieren, sodaß ich übers Wochenende keine sichere Parkmöglichkeit hatte. Meine Bitte, mir doch vielleicht Alternativen im Umkreis des Hotels zu nennen, wurden mit " Da kann ich Ihnen nicht helfen" abgetan. Das Nichtfunktionieren der Kaffeemaschine konnte ich nicht melden, alldieweil ich trotz einiger Versuche niemanden antraf.
