Awful company awful service - a scam

Location scruffy and insecure. Apartments a plain white box with the bare minimum furniture all cheap ikea furniture and fitting, all old and worn out. Mattress worn out, duvet thin and worn out, pillows completely had it. Fixtures in bathroom hanging off the wall. Black mould all over the bathroom ceiling as the ventilator looks like it never worked. Toilet stained yellow. Kitchen poorly stocked for example on plate. This was not cheap. I would not wish this on anyone. We lasted one night tried to contact the company fobbed off, contacted booking.com and told not their problem. Left with no offer of recompense…not a penny. Last insult - they gave us dish soap in the bathroom as body wash. If this is an executive serviced apartment then I must have been in the matrix for the last 30 years.

I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold.

Pathetic experience

26 June: Booked 2 rooms. Checkin date 14 July. I received email from the host asking for photo id proofs, I shared on the same day. 12 July: Got email, asking for photo id proof. I replied them mentioning my previous mail, but no reply from them. 13 July: Called them to confirmed that they received. The usual checkin time is 15:00, but I am arriving in the morning at 8:00. So the request was to allow early checkin between 8:00-9:00 booking.com says property host will contact about this special request. I didn't get any answer from the host, l assumed it was accepted. On 13th they simply denied me any early checkin. They insisted on extending the booking from 13 July. Rooms were available, but they didn't want to give me early checkin. 14 July: First thing I noticed, that the fan in the room has a broken blade. It vibrates and sounds horribly as if all parts can come out any time. It was warm afternoon around 28°. I called them. They nicely apologised and said they can arrange one till next day 10:00. I had a 24+ hours travel and needed to take a good rest. Explained the situation to them. They shifted me to another room which had a fan and in good condition. Meanwhile, my colleague from other room reports there is no fan. Informed the same to host. They shifted to another room, but no fan.. again to another room and still no fan. Now they started giving excuses. Finally, they didn't arrange anything, leaving my colleague without fan that night. 16 July: Evening 9:30pm the door lock denied my access code. After 1 hour fight over phone they unlocked it remotely and I could enter. A technician visits after an hour but could not fix. Now if I move out, it locks and would require the same fight. I was inside room leaving my office till next day 11:30 when they shifted me to another much smaller room. One bathroom basin was chocked during entire stay and was reported on day 1, they never fixed. Verdict: I am going to blacklist this apartment from my company.

Do not by any means stay here. Someone entered my room and went through my things while I was away from the apartment. The criminals did not even care about the video camera which was filming everything. They simply switched if off and erased the videos.
