The hotel is conveniently located close to everything

− There is very loud noise and constant vibrations in the rooms because of the metro that runs underneath the hotel. It was so disruptive that I couldn't sleep properly on any of the nights.

The location was very good, but there was a loud ventilation noise coming from outside into our room, as well as noise from the metro.

− On July 19 at 3:00 AM, during my check-out, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. When I checked in, I paid in euros and his colleague clearly explained that if I want , I could later settle in local currency and receive the correct adjustment ( I lost 5 euros due to the exchange rate). Everything was agreed and transparent. However, despite the fact that I had informed the reception earlier that evening about my early departure, the receptionist only stopped me at the exact moment I was leaving the hotel and suddenly insisted that I had to pay an additional amount, claiming that what I had paid was not sufficient. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that he had access to my payment information beforehand, yet chose to raise this issue at the very last moment. He also raised his voice and insisted in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. After I firmly refused and questioned this, he changed his explanation, saying he thought I had paid in dollars, which was inconsistent. This last-minute demand, combined with the way it was handled, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and gave the impression that I was being pushed to pay an unjustified extra charge. I strongly recommend better transparency and professionalism from the staff, especially during check-out.

A truly exceptional hotel experience

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It truly felt like a 5-star experience despite being rated as a 3-star hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was spotless with very clean and comfortable bed linens. The location was also perfect! It is just a short walk from the Cascade Complex and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it very convenient to explore Yerevan. Thank you for making my trip to Yerevan even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cascade Hotel to anyone planning to visit the city. I'm so happy with my choice and would definitely stay here again!
