10.0Výhledy z App na luganske jezero a okolní hory. Výhodné místo k poznání 3 jezer (lago di Maggiore, lago di Lugano a Lago di Como). Pěkně koupání v Lavene (na italské strane; pes na pláži či v jezeře- no problem), jakož i možnost nákupu ve 3 supermarketech (Tigros, Cooper a největší Bennet). V ubytovani je na terase též vířivka (yakuza).

10.0Herrlich geräumige Ferienwohnung mit 2 Balkons mit tollem Ausblick, die zum Glück nicht auf der Südseite sind und Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und toller Service.

− All of those have nothing to do directly with the apartament : -less restaurants in the area (except for the asians ones) -poor street conections -mainly phone signal from the Swiss companies
