10.0Il Podere Raffanna è un posto incantevole, ma a fare davvero la differenza è stata l'accoglienza di Simone. Fin dal nostro arrivo si è dimostrato un host straordinario: una persona squisita, attenta a ogni minimo dettaglio e sempre disponibile per consigliarci i migliori ristoranti e i borghi più belli da visitare nella zona. La struttura è un'oasi di relax, la suite con SPA privata è un sogno e la pulizia è impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente, anche solo per fare un altro saluto a Simone! Grazie di cuore.

10.0Personale super cordiale e camere fantastiche. A pochi minuti di macchina dalla città una pausa rilassante immersi nel verde.
− La nostra camera tendeva a rimanere un pochino fredda come temperatura ed essendomi accorta dopo ľorario di chiusura della reception non ho voluto disturbare lo staff, ma abbiamo risolto con la soffice e calda coperta fornita in camera.
Location e panorama incantevoli, personale molto cortese e disponibile, ma l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’alte
4.0La struttura è situata in una posizione davvero splendida, immersa nel verde e con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline toscane. La camera era molto bella, curata nei dettagli e perfetta per un soggiorno romantico. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre pronto a intervenire e a cercare di risolvere i problemi riscontrati.
− Purtroppo la vasca idromassaggio privata in camera, che rappresentava il motivo principale della nostra prenotazione, presentava residui e mucillagine già dal primo utilizzo. Nonostante il tempestivo intervento dello staff e una sanificazione durata circa un’ora, il problema si è ripresentato anche successivamente, impedendoci di usufruire del servizio come previsto. Abbiamo inoltre trovato deludente la qualità della cena in camera, soprattutto in rapporto al costo richiesto.
