− Consejo constructivo: el lugar es hermoso, potenciaria mas el estilo parisino. Tambien mejoraria el desayuno

− La cama eran dos camas unidas pero con desnivel, abajo de una de las camas estaba sucio llegó de restos de pelos, la ducha sonaba cada vez que te movías y tenía óxido , no había jabón en el lavamos .

− O atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Solicitamos cobertores às 16h da sexta-feira e não levaram no quarto, dizendo que já iam providenciar. Era 22h e tive que ir pegar na recepção e o recepcionista fumando na calçada. Daí outra pessoa foi pegar comigo. Éramos em 3. O quarto não estava com os itens preparados para 3 pessoas. O horário do café muito tarde para um serviço de hotel. Das 8h às 10h30. A limpeza do quarto conforme dito, seria dia sim dia não. Chegamos na sexta, subentende-se que no sábado limpariam. Não. Apesar de colocarmos o cartão na porta, tivemos que solicitar novas toalhas de banho, que o atendente do sábado a noite nos trouxe. Obs.: O recepcionista estava sozinho em pleno sábado a noite. Pedimos uma pizza na sexta à noite e o prato ficou no quarto até domingo. Acredito que falte funcionários bem treinados para melhorar o atendimento ou tbm a escala dos mesmos esteja falha. Fica a dica!
