5.0− La qualité a beaucoup baissé par rapport aux années précédentes. Le prix est très élevé par rapport aux services, pas de respect des normes all in.
Bel hôtel, mais personnel à améliorer !!
5.0The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location and amenities also met my expectations, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a pleasant environment.
− The only disappointing part of my stay was my interaction with one of the receptionists. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and I felt that I was not treated with the courtesy and respect that every guest deserves. This experience negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure all guests receive the high standard of hospitality the hotel aims to provide.

− Nous aimerions également partager une suggestion concernant la restauration, il serait tres appreciable de prévoir un espace dédié aux produits sans gluten, avec quelques options adaptées aussi bien aux enfants (pizza, des frites préparées sans risque de contamination, des desserts, gateaux sans gluten) Ce type d initiative existe déjà dans de nombreux établissements et serait un véritable plus pour les familles concernées.
