9.0Buona posizione, vicino alla stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro. Staff gentile e stanza accogliente con tutto ciò che serve per un pernottamento veloce.
− Un po' caro per una notte sola, sicuramente i prezzi di Bologna sono su questa lunghezza d'onda e in linea

If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else
3.0− The room faced a street full of bars and nightlife venues, where dozens of people were drinking and talking loudly until the early hours of the morning. The noise prevented us from resting until after 3 a.m. However, the worst part was the hotel’s response. When we reported the problem, they simply told us that they could not control what was happening outside. When we insisted that we needed a solution so that we could sleep, they offered to move us to a quiet room, but only if we paid an additional €20 because it was a better room. A hotel must guarantee minimum conditions for rest and, when it is unable to do so, it should offer a solution without passing the cost on to the guest. Should the hotel deny what is stated in this review, I can provide copies of the messages exchanged, which confirm the truth of what has been described.
