Beautifully situated, perfectly executed concept. Almost completely at one with nature. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a treehouse property. Very well and traditionally built and finished. The whole luxury outdoor concept was carried through consistently and perfectly. It’s located on an elevated point of a very large estate with a manor house hotel. There are also several good restaurants, tea rooms, a nice shop, and a very extensive spa with indoor and outdoor pools. Back to the treehouses themselves — they are beautifully secluded, right in the woods at the edge of stunning fields. You have a gorgeous view and can see for miles. Within walking distance there’s a café belonging to the estate, with delicious pastries and good lunch and dinner options. Enthusiastic and helpful team. Great fun to spend a few days there with the family.

I think I would still arrange for electricity in the cabins. Also keep in mind that before you get into bed, there’s a fair amount of crawling and climbing involved — so it suits agile/younger people or families best.

Il paesaggio, l'ambiente naturale, gli spazi ampi, la yurta e tutti gli spazi comuni molto curati e forniti di tutto il necessario per una vacanza nella natura senza rinunciare alla comodità.

We will be back!

It was a lovely experience to be away from it all but just a short drive to a busy market town. The Yurts were a wonderful place to stay and we will definately be back.

There's not much that coud have been improved on, we were expecting a cosy retreat and that's exactly what we were given.

Beautiful setting and lovely quirky lodges - cleanliness/housekeeping could have been better!

We stayed in one of the Tree Lodges. Beautiful location and lovely bedroom layout and views. Lovely walks - children especially enjoyed the fairy walk. Sauna was fantastic!

No matches or fire lighters - we had to walk down to the Bivouac Cafe upon arrival to ask for some. Only one toilet roll for a full weekend and party of 6 - again - we had to walk down to the cafe for more. The hot tub was situated in a position that was fully overlooked by the next door tree lodge - we would recommend a screen for privacy. Not enough seating outside the lodge for party of 6. A picnic bench in front of the lodge but this was very dirty and covered in bird mess - I appreciate that the lodge is under trees and bird mess is unavoidable but this looked like it had been there for some time and it would have been good if this had been cleaned down before our arrival. Kitchen sink was very stained and taps too small to wash up effectively - we ended up using the bathroom sink for washing up. A very loud (hen party) next to us were making excessive noise which made getting children to bed very difficult. Our neighbours rang reception to complain and someone from the team came to speak to the group but they were still noisy. Perhaps not a good idea to mix hen party's and families. It would have been useful to know that the wild swimming was situated approximately 3 miles away and difficult to get to unless you have a car.
